Dr. Colby Jolley is a family doctor board certified by the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Dr. Jolley has been a full time medical staff member at Haxtun Hospital since June 2010. She believes illness prevention is the key to healthy living and educating patients regarding this is her favorite part of practicing family medicine. She encourages patients to seek the reward of healthy living through their accomplishments in the Haxtun Community Weight Loss Program. Since the fall of 2010, the program which focuses on life style changes has had 127 participants who have lost over 1850 pounds! She continues as leader for the class with the 10th session beginning in September 2015.
Dr. Fred Chavez's respectful, down-to-earth personality and technical background are a great addition to the excellent staff available to meet the medical needs of the Haxtun Community. His training in Northwest Arkansas was in a rural residency, which provided significant exposure to patients, procedures, and cases. Dr. Chavez has additional training in Endoscopy and is a member of the American Association for Primary Care Endoscopy. He received this instruction at the VA Medical Center in Fayetteville Arkansas. He has special interest in gastrointestinal problems, including experience with diagnostic and screening colonoscopy that includes polyp removal and diagnostic EGDs.
