Haxtun Hospital District is located at 235 W. Fletcher St - One block east of Colorado Ave.

Hours of Operation:
Business Office: Monday thru Friday 7am - 5pm
Lab-Radiology: Monday thru Friday 7am - 3:30pm
Extended Care Unit: 24 hours

*The hospital entrances are locked nightly from 6pm to 5am. If you need access between
these times please ring the doorbell next to each entrance for assistance.
